…Pharmaceutical Shop Closed Down
The only pharmaceutical shop at the Kotoka International Airport has been closed down by the authorities due to partisan politics, Business Day has learnt.
A source close to Business Day said: “All efforts by the shop owner, Veronica Mills Lamptey, to solve the issue proved futile and this is a shame. The Presidency needed to intervene in this matter.”
Meanwhile, travelers are not happy about the situation and are calling on the government to call the airport authorities to order.
Efforts to get the airport authorities to answer questions proved futile as they are tight lipped.
