The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Trade Fair Company Limited, Mrs. Naa Amerley Bamba, has encouraged Ghanaians to support local businesses as the real path to economic freedom for the nation.

At the launch of the third edition of the Osagyefo Made in Ghana Fair, Mrs. Bamba referred to the event as “the heartbeat of the nation—the entrepreneurial spirit of our people.”

Honoring the memory of Ghana’s first President, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the fair will take place from September 19–21, 2025, highlighting the strength of Ghanaian creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Mrs. Bamba reminded citizens of Nkrumah’s enduring message that political freedom is not complete without economic freedom. She also emphasized that the fair represents both Nkrumah’s vision and President John Dramani Mahama’s renewed call for growth driven by enterprise.

“Every purchase here is a vote of confidence in our artisans, our farmers, our innovators, and our entrepreneurs,” she stated, encouraging the public to view their support as an investment in Ghana’s future prosperity.

With exhibitions, cultural displays, and networking opportunities, the Osagyefo Made in Ghana Fair 2025 aims to boost confidence in Ghanaian products while creating sustainable livelihoods for entrepreneurs throughout the country.
