Priority Insurance Company Limited (Priority Insurance) has opened its first Brong Ahafo regional Branch Office in Sunyani.
Priority Insurance is a wholly owned Ghanaian company incorporated in the year 2011 and licensed by the National Insurance Commission (NIC) under the Insurance Act, 2006 (Act 724) to underwrite non-life insurance business in Ghana.
The Company is a member of the prestigious Tobinco Group of Companies that enjoys excellent reputation in various sectors of the Ghanaian economy, notably the pharmaceutical and banking industries.

Mr. Andy Sena Nkpeh, the Sunyani Branch Manager of Priority Insurance, in an interview with Starr News’ Brong Ahafo regional correspondent Michael Mfum Sarpong said the vision of the company is to be the most comprehensive, yet flexible cost effective risk protection and friendly claims service brand. The Company has therefore positioned itself to play a meaningful role in shaping the Ghana Insurance Marketplace.
Mr. Nkpeh emphasized that Priority Insurance is a customer-oriented company and therefore quick settlement of genuine claims would be their hallmark.
“The Ghana Insurance Market is very competitive. An insurance company such as Priority cannot afford not to have its clients at heart, especially during the settlement and payment of claims. Priority Insurance has a track record of paying claims between two (2) to four (4) weeks,” he revealed.
He also noted that the company will continue to render the best of services to its clients by providing them with adequate and prompt information, and to respond to clients’ queries and requests in a timely manner.
“We would want to be identified as the best leading Insurance Company in the Brong Ahafo Region, especially in terms of service provision. We intend to reach out and play a more positive and meaningful role as far as public education on insurance and the insurance marketplace is concerned,” Mr. Nkpeh added.
