Mexican Ambassador hosts GHAMEXCO website launch at her residence

The Ghana Mexico Business and Cultural Chamber has launched its website, www.ghamexco.org, to provide platform for members and the business community to engage with the Chamber.

The Chamber is a bridge for both Ghanaian and Mexican Companies to probe business and cultural opportunities. The objective of the chamber is to identify companies that are worth doing business and putting together projects that will benefit both Ghana and Mexico.

Mrs. Maria de los Angeles Arriola, Ambassador of Mexico to Ghana, speaking at the launch which took place at her residence,  indicated that her country has fast growing economy and the GHMEXCO initiative can be beneficial to the Ghanaian economy.

The key purpose of the chamber is to target bankable opportunities for both sides in various sectors to benefit its members as well as promote development and bilateral trade relations between both countries.

Franklin Cudjoe, the Founder and President of IMANI Africa, mentioned that “Opportunities wherever they are, Ghana needs to expand and take advantage of them.”

He believes Mexico is an untapped country and Ghana is being futuristic by beginning bilateral trade relationships with it. He encouraged the audience to be members of the chamber despite their professions.

The President of GHAMEXCO, Nii Sodza Laryea, said the Chamber is putting together so many projects that will interest the Mexican business community.
