The Ghana Airports Company Limited says its board Chaired by Madam Oboshie Sai Coffie is still in place.
It comes after the removal of the former Managing Director of the company, John Dekyem Attafuah from office last Friday.
A statement issued by Madam Oboshie Sai Coffie also said that Mr. Robert Sackey Tagoe, the Group Executive (Human Capital & Office Services) cum Secretary to the GACL Board, has been reassigned to the Ministry of Aviation effective 18th January 2019.
Ms. Amma Osafo-Mensah would act as the Group Executive (Human Capital & Office Services).
The Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Yaw Kwakwa, has since been put in place to act as the Managing Director to oversee the day to day management of the company.
