Source: ClassFM – Gold Fields Limited has announced to shareholders that Mr David Murray has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Gold Fields Board of Directors, with effect from 1 June 2016.
The Board said it would like to thank Mr Murray for his valuable contribution to the Company over the past nine years and wish him everything of the best in his future endeavours.
Gold Fields Limited is a JSE-listed gold exploration and development company with operations in South Africa and Ghana.
