Market women in Makola, a business district in Accra may be forced to halt operations if government does not step in to save their business.
Speaking to Citi Business News on its series dubbed ‘street economics’ which focuses on how players in the informal sector are dealing with the current economic challenges, a cross section of market women said current economic conditions have made it difficult for them to make any profits in their business operations.
