Looking stylish and feeling comfortable at the same time used to be an impossible ideal. People often have two options. When they want to go out and look good, they usually have to wear tight jeans or skirts, smart shirts, and fancy shoes. On the other hand, when people want to feel comfortable, they choose to wear leggings, sweatpants, and sweatshirts, which are not the most fashionable items.

But what if there was a type of clothing that combined these two styles? Well, there is, and it is called “athleisure,” a type of athletic clothing that can also be worn as casual clothes. No brand combines fashion and function better than RawGear.

Going out in public in sweats used to be a fashion crime. But, now, thanks to RawGear and its super versatile pieces, it is possible to wear comfortable clothes when grabbing a cup of coffee or even going to work.

Founded by Bradley Martyn, RawGear specializes in turning performance wear into everyday items that blur the line between the clothes people would wear to the gym and those they would wear to lunch.

RawGear offers a variety of clothing options for both men and women, including hoodies, shirts, hats, joggers, and even accessories. In addition to designing fancy clothing items, RawGear also offers specialized accessories, such as knee sleeves and lifting belts, as well as fitness ebooks that contain invaluable advice.

The Story Behind RawGear

Before RawGear was founded, Martyn had another clothing line. However, he always dreamed of launching a clothing company bigger than him. So, he came up with the idea for RawGear, a clothing brand that people could gravitate to.

When RawGear was founded, Bradley did most of the marketing. Thanks to his previous undertakings, he already had a massive and loyal following across YouTube and Instagram, which undoubtedly helped RawGear become popular overnight. However, Bradley’s audience can only go so far, and RawGear started picking up sponsored athletes to wear and promote the brand.

Currently, the brand has more than 80 partnerships with fitness influencers and athletes, helping Martyn’s dream come true.

“Knowing that there are many unique niches in the fitness community keeps RawGear motivated to keep bringing in new and fresh ideas to its monthly drops to make sure no one is left out. Customers want new pieces for the changing seasons, and RawGear ensures its monthly drops coincide with the changing climate,” Martyn says.

Plans for the Future

RawGear has very ambitious plans for the future. The brand is actively exploring new options for lifestyle streetwear clothing to bring in the non-fitness consumer. RawGear also just launched its women’s exclusive clothing line and will continue to bring new merchandise especially tailored for women in the future. Last but not least, RawGear intends to open several pop-up shops inside malls and shopping strips.
