GCB Bank has set up an ultra-modern branch at Kotoka International Airport’s newly established Terminal 3.

This is in its quest to present banking services to international travellers who may need to conduct urgent financial transactions.

The branch will also serve the banking needs of customers in the Airport enclave and also be the first point of contact for visitors who may require banking services upon arrival into the country.

The branch which offers a sleek ambience will operate two ATMs, one each at the Arrival and Departure terminals, uniquely programmed to accept and dispense cash.

These innovations are in line with GCB’s current innovation drive which includes; instant issuance of ATM cards, front office automation and automated clearing, all in a bid to enhance customers’ experience.

John Adamah, Head of Consumer Banking at GCB Bank stated that the bank’s renewed sense of dynamism is in line with the bank’s focus on being the leader in every market it operates in.

“We are Ghana’s largest bank, but that hasn’t made us complacent, we are focused on consistently evolving to meet the dynamic needs of our clients” he stated.

“Ghana’s banking industry is currently undergoing some form of transition and we believe that the winners in the long run, will be banks that are able to exhibit seamless agility.

“The winners should have developed the relevant customer-focused solutions and responsiveness to the unique needs of customers, so we have evolved to comprehensively dominate the market,” he added.

The GCB Airport Terminal 3 Branch which started full banking operations last Monday offers Saturday banking and the full bouquet of GCB’s banking services.
