A.L.C., the eponymous ready-to-wear brand by Andrea Lieberman, and New York-based brand platform, InterLuxe, announced that they have entered into a partnership. InterLuxe’s investment in A.L.C. marks its second fashion partnership, the first being with New York-based designer, Jason Wu, in September 2014.

Lieberman said, “We are thrilled to be partnering with InterLuxe. The InterLuxe and Lee Equity teams have a unique combined strength. Their industry knowledge, experience, and relationships make them the right strategic partner. Most importantly, they share a common vision for the future success of A.L.C. and are fully committed to the exciting journey that lies ahead.”

Melissa Beste, the CEO of InterLuxe, said, “A.L.C. makes a beautifully designed collection that appeals to the modern, sophisticated woman. The brand has great momentum, and we are extremely excited to be partnering with Andrea Lieberman.  She is an extraordinary talent and an emerging leader in American womenswear.”

Lieberman founded A.L.C. in 2009 after having graduated from Parsons School of Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in fashion. The brand is carried in such prominent retailers as Barneys New York, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Intermix, Harvey Nichols, Harrods and Matches.
