Coca-Cola Ghana introduces ‘MySmartCoke’

Coca-Cola Bottling Company Ghana Limited has introduced an online order placement platform dubbed, ‘MySmartCoke.’

Launched on Wednesday in Accra, MySmartCoke allows customers of the company to place orders for their events from any part of the world and get the products delivered at their preferred location in Ghana.

Through the web-based platform, customers can pay for their products using Mobile Money, Visa or Master Cards, and are required to make orders seven days to the events.

There are various packages available to customers under MySmartCoke, namely Ohemaa, which offers 600 bottles equivalent to 50 cases; Bossu, which gives 1,440 bottles, equivalent to 120 cases; Paddies with 960 bottles equivalent to 80 cases; Chale, which comes with 240 bottles equivalent to 20 cases and an option for customization.

Minimum order cases is 20, and customers have the opportunity of cancelling their orders and having their funds refunded over a period of 10 days via Ecobank Ghana Limited.

Public Affairs and Communication Manager for Coca-Cola Bottling Company Ghana Limited, Bethel Yeboah, told the media that all Mobile Money platforms, namely MTN, VodaCash, TigoCash and Airtel Money, were available on MySmartCoke.

He said MySmartCoke was introduced to enhance the service offered by the company to its customers.
