Head of Business Development at Groupe Nduom, Dr Nana Kweku Nduom has dispelled the notion that successful businessmen are born entrepreneurs.
According to the Vice President of Groupe Nduom, young individuals with determination and passion can be groomed to be successful in entrepreneurship.
For him, it takes focus, the right skill set and proper mindset for an individual to be an entrepreneur.
In an interaction with students and lecturers of Datalink University College, Tema, Dr Nduom recounted how the founders of Groupe Nduom had to nurture the entrepreneurial dream in International Business Solutions (IBS) to the level where they could dream of adding other businesses to their fold.
To this end, he urged students never to give up on their dreams but be resilient and persevering.
He encouraged students in his presentation on ‘Becoming a Successful Entrepreneur’ to learn the right ways to build on any little enterprise they engage themselves and not despise small beginnings.
He noted that the Groupe Nduom conglomerate has been through various stages of nurturing starting from one enterprise to its current stage of over 50 subsidiaries.
