Busy, formerly Busy Internet, is the latest to join the pool of 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) data service providers in Ghana.
The service is currently available to customers in the Greater Accra region, but there are plans to expand to other regions within the next two years.
The Managing Director of Busy, Praveen Sadalage, at the launch of its 4G service and brand identity, said the introduction of the service is coming at an opportune time when Ghana is experiencing a changing ICT landscape and digitization.
Mr. Sadalage is assuring customers of “service convenience, faster Internet speed, affordability, wider range of IT services and limitless access to information and business solutions”.
The various Busy 4G data bundles available range from just 100 MB to 50 GB with varied unlimited freebies to choose from for customers who purchase more than 5G f data. The service also has on offer Mifi and routers to serve the different needs of its customers.
Busy, with the brand promise of “making good things happen”, hopes to deliver this promise through the provision of reliable and quality network, excellent customer service, innovative and affordable tariffs.
The company began operating in Ghana in 2001 as a mixed technology center before transforming into an internet café, then later into a service provider.
