A former Commissioner of CHRAJ, Justie Emile Short says if the allegations of corruption leveled against a number of Judges are true, that will be troubling.

Reacting to investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas latest expose, Juctice Short says he is watching keenly how the Chief Justice will react to the matter.

He said in developed countries, when allegations of this magnitude are made against any establishment , the head of that institution resigns.

On whether or not the video should be made public, Justice Short says that should be left entirely with Anas.

He indicated that he does not agree with the opinion that the publication of the video will lead to a loss of confidence in the judiciary.

The Ghana Bar Association, GBA, also expressed shock at the revelations in the latest expose by Anas in which more than 30 judges were caught on tape allegedly demanding and taking bribes
